My Yoga Story
I started practicing yoga as a teenager for its physical benefits. Luckily, I stumbled upon an unexpected and transformative yoga retreat that deepened my spiritual connection, and ever since my journey with yoga has been a soulful odyssey. My yoga mat has become more than just a place for physical practice; it's my sanctuary , where I nurture my spiritual growth and celebrate the unity of mind, body, and spirit.
Inspired by my own profound experiences, I answered the call to share this transformative practice with others. I embarked on a journey of learning and self-discovery, completing various yoga trainings with remarkable teachers and mentors. I began with my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 at Radiant Yoga Boston. After teaching for a couple of years, I was eager to deepen my knowledge, which led me to complete my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 with Chakra Power Yoga, as well as a 35-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Training that same year at JP Centre Yoga, led by Alex Bauermeister.
These experiences have not only refined my teaching skills but also deepened my understanding of the profound impact yoga can have both on and off the mat.
