My Nutrition Story
Growing up in a world steeped in diet culture, I was constantly surrounded by messages that equated thinness with worth. Like so many, I internalized those ideals and spent years stuck in cycles of restriction, body shame, and harsh self-talk. I know what it’s like to feel at war with your body—to try to control it into submission instead of listening to what it truly needs.
My healing didn’t come from another set of food rules or chasing the "perfect" body—it came from embodiment, from slowing down, from reconnecting with movement that felt joyful, and from finally nourishing myself without guilt. Through nourishment, curiosity, and self-compassion, I discovered freedom.
As a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, women’s health, and GI conditions, I now support others in rewriting their relationship with food and their bodies. I’ve lived the transformation, and I’m here to show that healing is not only possible—it can be deeply empowering, restorative, and even fun at times. It’s not without challenges, but it is incredibly rewarding.

I’m here to help you find peace with food and embrace its role in your journey toward balance and well-being.

With over a decade of experience as a registered dietitian, I offer compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling. I specialize in outpatient eating disorder treatment, functional nutrition for PCOS, fertility, and gut health, and integrate therapeutic yoga and Reiki for full-body healing. Whether you're navigating recovery, hormone imbalances, or digestive issues, I’m here to guide you with expertise, empathy, and hope for lasting healing.
